HortResearch joins NGI-NZ
HortResearch one of several new CRI members of NGI-NZ
HortResearch is delighted to be a full member of NGI-NZ to support this advanced network for research and science.
HortResearch Chief Executive Paul McGilvary said, “Membership of the NGI-NZ Society demonstrates our support and commitment to its aims. We believe access to NGI-NZ’s high speed network will enable the nationwide collaboration and international connectivity New Zealand science, research and innovation need to remain internationally competitive.”
NGI-NZ has been established to provide a network with speeds 10,000 times faster than the existing internet. Mr McGilvary said, “This network will benefit a number of important HortResearch projects, particularly in the value we can provide to customers through our integrated bioinformatics platform.”
